Regular shipping is by US Postal Service depending on size and weight.
1-2 patterns ship via First Class mail in bubble mailers.
3 or more ship in boxes by Parcel Post or Priority Mail if the cost the same or less.
Items are sold as is. If an item is not as advertised, notify seller within 48 hours of delivery date via tracking information. The item must be received back by seller within 21 calendar days of the payment date.
Shipping within the USA is free on first attempt only. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and items must be returned in the order originally shipped. If items are returned to seller due to undelivered status, including parcels marked with reasons such as 'return to sender', 'undelivered', 'no such address', 'no such person', or if item was held by USPS for pick up at a specific PO but customer failed to within 10 days, then the refund amount will be the order payment minus the costs of shipping. If the buyer wants the item reshipped, they must re-order.
International customers are responsible to pay their country's duty, customs, or other taxes, if any are incurred.
